We spent 1 week here. The best part was the service, the people working here are really nice and helpful, especially: Adeel, Han, Pallavi, Han, the manager at the restaurant and Charlo. Regarding the hotel itself - unfortunately there was only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive package. I think there should be more restaurants included. But in general - great experience.

Naz buggy driver was very kind, friendly driver !!! I like it ver much! He was very fast and bring us to the room and back!

We was spending most evenings in a lunch bar. Quite place bar with great guy Hedra at the bar. Fast service with smile at his face.

Hotel is a decent value in comparison to hotels directly in Dubai. Unfortunately, the facility is showing its age more each day; renovations and some modernizing would help keep it viable into the future. Raqi Beach suffers from rotating attendants; not well kept-groomed sometimes, not restricting use to adults only as per policy, no one around during lunch hours, umbrellas and bean bags showing thier age, etc... On the plus side, the reception desk/management, room management, and guest services show improvement compared to my last 2 stays here. Rooms are clean, The Basilico's meals are very good, while Cinnamons meals are what one would expect at an all-in restaurant. Finally the Breeze( lobby), and Breakers (beach) Bars serve decent cocktails. Music during dinner at Cinnamons is to loud because of acoustics.

Hedra was amazing! Prepared delicious cocktails and special Mocktails for my son! Very good service and he puts his heart and soul into all that he does! Thanks Hedra! We'll definitely visit the Lounge Bar again!

Everything was awesome. Rooms are great, food is awesome. Traveling by buggy is do much fun for kids. The best drinks are in Lounge Bar made by bartender Mr Hedra. He is realny cool guy. One od the beat holidays on my life.
