The Residences by Rotana are furnished and unfurnished, non-serviced branded residential buildings, architecturally designed using Rotana specifications and standards.

The Residences by Rotana was developed in line with market requirements and Rotana’s expansion plans. The brand complements our existing portfolio and gives Rotana the opportunity to expand with a new product.

They have limited services such as concierge, property maintenance, a gym and some with a swimming pool. Housekeeping is normally not provided at the residences, unless requested by tenants.

The Residences by Rotana are geared for longer stays with a focus on guests that are looking for a permanent home within the country of residence.
