Room service was very food - special shout out to Zeeshan for making sure our stay was on point! The lifts can get very busy at breakfast time but overall a good experience with helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. It has good facilities and the staff are really helpful. They all perform their roles with a smile, nothing is too much trouble. The food in the restaurants is of the highest standards and the service is first class. Special mention to Habib in concierge for his help and patience regarding pick up to the airport. Great hotel, great staff very professionnal super location just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Near the Marina. Metro is not far. We would like to thank particularly Kamal and Raj working at the main restaurant of the hotel, very friendly and smiling they take care of their guests. we recommend this hotel.

The elevator was very slow. The service was excellent and also the location. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast and there is several restaurants around the hotel with different tastes from multiple countries

What a lovely hotel this is. Catered to all our needs especially our one year old. The nursery is great for kids and the pool, restaurant and all other services were perfect. Special thanks to chef Adi for the special care he took and all staff at Amwaj Rotana!

We booked the all inclusive which was great value . The food served in the buffet was great quality, the drinks choice excellent . The staff around the pool and bar area were tremendous. The location is superb with a 5 minute walk to Bluewater. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Dubai .

This is our 5th visit and it was faultless. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping were very attentive ensuring all our neds were met at all times and if anything was requested it was dealt with immediately. The rooms have been decorated as well as reception and were very tastefully done. We booked club room and was impressed with what it includes especially food and drink. Would highly recommend this hotel. All views from rooms are sea view too.
