Hello! This was my first time visiting Dubai as an adult. It was my honeymoon, and we were looking for a good hotel with a swimming pool offering a wonderful view and located near a metro station. Therefore, we decided to book this hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, as was the cleanliness. I was fortunate to meet Francis, one of the staff members. He is a kind man who performs his work diligently and always spreads good vibes. I also remember Aygun from reception, who kindly guided us on a trip to Abu Dhabi and gave us lots of advice about exploring Dubai. It was a great pleasure to have the support of these wonderful people. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Rose Rayhaan, for the amazing memories! 🙏🏼

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to the outstanding service. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional work of Karim, the staff member who cleaned our room. He did an outstanding job and ensured everything was spotless and perfectly organized. On top of that, Karim was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. His dedication and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back.

Just back from a trip to Dubai and would highly recommend the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. Great location. Only about 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and also within 10-15 minute drive to lots of the major attractions and sights (I say drive, because no-one really walks over there in my experience!). Lots of nice restaurants and cafes etc within easy walking distance. I had a great view of the Burj Khalifa from the 63rd floor, and that skyline is something I would never tire of. All the staff were excellent and friendly and I didn’t have any issues while there. The gum was very well equipped, and the outdoor heated pool was great. In particular I would single out a few staff members for special praise. I arrived at 3am and Mahmoud on the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Also that night, Abdul the porter brought me and my bags to my room, and was very helpful with showing me around. Ayomide on security was a friendly face each day, and finally Jihen on Reception when I checked out was very good. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Dubai. The one minor minor improvement is that I wish the plug sockets in the room were upgraded to include USB ports.
