ROTANA REWARDS CLASSIC / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Weddings and individual restaurant reservations are not eligible for earning points. 

  2. Rotana Rewards Points are: (a) non-transferable, (b) valid for three years from the date of transaction, (c) do not possess any monetary value and (d) can be claimed if missing up to six months from transaction date post enrolment. Only Rewards Points recorded with Rotana hotels will be considered valid. Points will be credited to your account within five business days.

  3. Earning and redeeming of Rotana Rewards Points are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  4. Rotana will keep an accurate tally of the accumulated points, and only Rotana’s own records will be taken into consideration in the event of a disagreement.

  5. Points will be rewarded to the person who books the room or the event.

  6. Rotana reserves the right to amend the programme or to cancel the programme at its sole discretion without any liability on its part, its owners, the hotels it manages or its employees.

  7. By enrolling in this programme, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she is doing so without breaching any valid internal policy or procedure within the company he or she is working in. Rotana cannot be held responsible for any irregularities resulting from the enrolment of an applicant in this programme.

  8. Rewards are subject to change without prior notice.

  9. Rotana executives and employees are not allowed to participate in this programme.

  10. Destination Management Companies (DMC) are no longer eligible to enroll or be part of the Rotana Rewards Classic programme.

  11. Retro claims are honoured up to six months from the event/check-out date post enrolment.

  12. The Rotana Rewards programme terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  13. Rotana reserves the right to discontinue the membership of any member who appears to be using the programme in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud or dishonesty. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points, benefits and privileges.
